Welcome to the Ridgewood YMCA. We’re excited to share that the Ridgewood Y is offering a variety of programs to meet the health and fitness needs of our community. You can register for as many or as few group fitness classes as you want each month. The more classes you take, the more you save!
The Y’s afterschool programs combine academic support with enrichment activities to help kids thrive. Safe, affordable, and age-appropriate, our programs include homework help, physical activity, creative arts, and character-building fun.
YMCA Summer Camps offer a season full of learning, laughter, and play! From Early Childhood Camps and Kinder Camp to our Traditional Day Camp, children grow in confidence and friendships while exploring the arts, nature, sports, and more.
Our youth sports programs focus on skill development, teamwork, and having fun. Whether kicking goals in soccer or shooting hoops in basketball, kids build confidence and stay active in a supportive environment.
Our Early Childhood Center provides NYC’s free Universal Pre-K program five days a week in a nurturing and stimulating environment. Led by certified teachers, children engage in hands-on learning that supports their academic, social, and emotional growth.
Stay strong and inspired with our wide variety of group exercise classes. Whether you're into high-energy cardio, strength training, or mind-body practices like yoga and Zumba, we’ve got classes to match your fitness level and goals.

Our senior fitness classes help older adults stay active, social, and healthy. From balance and flexibility to strength and endurance, each class is designed to support mobility and well-being in a welcoming community.
